Again, it’s nice to meet you
My current law firm, The Law Office of Audrey Ehrhardt, where you are right now, started in 2019 just as Ehrhardt Law. We initially focused solely on assisting other Florida attorneys with their Florida Medicaid Planning. But a recent experience this year for me with a loved one’s healthcare crisis changed my perspective
I spent multiple days on end in both a hospital and a rehab facility. I had the privilege of meeting so many Florida seniors and their adult children who needed guidance and were facing even more challenging circumstances than mine own. At first, I heard myself saying, “I can’t help you… ” but it quickly became clear that I could, and that I should. The knowledge I have learned over the past 20 years is what so many families need, and I feel a responsibility to share it.
I’ve also had the privilege of speaking nationally on topics close to my heart, including elder law, asset protection, long-term care planning, and supporting Sandwich Generation caregivers—those caring for both their aging parents and their own children. My blended role as a legal professional and a mentor in legal tech gives me a unique insight into the ever-evolving needs of both clients and colleagues.
Beyond my professional life, I’m a wife, a caregiver to an aging family member, and a mom to five amazing boys in our blended family. Navigating these family dynamics, along with my experience as a happily remarried divorcee (to my soulmate!), has given me an even deeper appreciation for planning ahead, protecting loved ones, and focusing on what truly matters.
At The Law Office of Audrey Ehrhardt, our mission is to make planning simple and accessible, helping you prepare for life’s next chapter. Whether you’re planning for your own future, caring for an aging parent, or managing the estate of a loved one, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.
And with our fully virtual firm, we’re able to offer services to clients wherever they are, bringing the same level of care, compassion, and expertise you’d expect from an in person meeting.
